We endeavor to present the most recent, most accurate, and most reliable information on our web site at all times. However, there may be occasions when some of the information on our web site may contain unintentional inaccuracies. We present our content ‘as is’ and make no claims to its accuracy, either expressed or implied. We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice. Bot Tots also reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders for products that have been purchased at an inaccurate price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Bot Tots shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Colors
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor´s display of any color will be accurate. Promotions - Bot Tots will run promotions for our retailers and honored customers periodically. Unless explicitly stated in promotional communications or our website, promotional offers may not be combined. Only one coupon is allowed per order.

All orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible, within 2 business days. The Ground Shipping charge for delivery within the US is a flat fee of $7. The Express shipping charge for delivery within the US is a flat fee of $15. Once an order is processed and shipped, please allow up to 3 business days for Express Shipping and up to 5 business days for Ground Shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned to Bot Tots due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Bot Tots is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Bot Tots is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Bot Tots will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investicate. No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order. ordering and payment

We accept the following methods of payment:
PayPal, and specially ordered Bot Tots gift certificate codes. Payment is processed at the time of order. You will be given an invoice number when your order is submitted, and you will be sent a confirmation e-mail of your order. Unless a required coupon code is specified, all advertised discounts and sale prices are automatically calculated at checkout. Coupon codes may be entered just under the checkout button on your shopping cart. Discount codes are valid only when entered on the website before an order is submitted. Please do not click on the "submit" button if you have not entered a coupon code you wish to use. Coupon codes will not be honored after an order has been submitted.

International orders
We are happy to ship internationally. The shipping charge for orders to be delivered internationally is a flat fee of $12.00. Heavier overweight items will incur extra shipping costs and are marked as such.

All international orders are shipped by Fedex or USPS. However, we have no control over how long your customs office holds onto your package. Tracking and Insurance are included in International shipments. We are not responsible for packages beyond the port of entry. All customs forms will be filled out accurately to reflect the total value of your products. We will always indicate when asked that the package is MERCHANDISE. Please do not ask us to mark "gift" to avoid fees or taxes by your country. If asked to do this, we will cancel your order. No refunds are issued for returns, but store credit will be issued.

International orders require 5-7 days processing time before shipping.

Wholesale Policy
Bot Tots is stricly a wholesale merchandiser. We make it easy for our retailers to review previous orders and place new orders with their specialized login account. All we require are a business name, address and merchant number to open a wholesale account. Feel free to call us with questions; we would love to go over our best-sellers and help you decide which items are the best match for your demographic. Please contact us to open up a wholesale account and get a wholesale order form. Accepted payment methods for wholesale orders are PayPal, money orders, and checks all of which (must clear before shipment is released).
